Julie Quinn

Captain Julie Quinn began her career in law enforcement with the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office in 1997. She has advanced through the ranks, serving as a Field Training Officer before being promoted to Corporal in 2003, Sergeant in 2005, Lieutenant in 2010, Training Lieutenant in 2017, and Captain in 2026.
Captain Quinn is a Certified Police Instructor through the Tennessee POST Commission and serves as an Adjunct Instructor with the Cleveland State Law Enforcement Training Academy. She also serves as the department’s Range Master and Armorer.
She has completed extensive specialized training in areas including field investigations, crime analysis, crisis intervention, active shooter response, and leadership, along with numerous additional courses supporting her role in law enforcement training and operations.
