Investigation of a home invasion robbery the morning of June 30th in the 3100 block of Durham Drive led to the weekend arrests of three suspects on aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault charges.

Witnesses in the downstairs apartment when two men and a woman entered through an unlocked door identified two of the perpetrators as Kristein Holly Pohlner and Jonathan Deonte Walker. They reported the trio stole $250 and a movie poster at gunpoint before fleeing in a silver, late 90’s model Pontiac Grand Prix.

Through investigation of the robbery Crimes Against Persons detectives for the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office identified the third suspect as Michael Daniel Rymer. The witnesses said he was in possession of a small caliber semi-automatic handgun that was pointed toward the head of one of the victims.

A description of the vehicle was given to area law enforcement agencies, and on Friday a BCSO patrol deputy spotted the vehicle on Parker Drive. During a traffic stop marijuana was found in the possession of Rymer and Tabitha Nicole Ghorley, both 22 years old. They each were charged with possession of marijuana for resale and brought to the Bradley County jail where Rymer was also charged in connection with the home invasion.

Pohlner, 22, and Walker, 25, were also occupants of the vehicle and were taken into custody without incident.

Detectives recovered the movie poster but have not recovered any of the money during their investigation.
