Yates Primary School kindergarten students of Dee Morris and Susan Whitlock saw the Bradley County Sheriff's Office's Armored Personnel Carrier, acquired at no cost from the federal government for use in hostage and other standoff situations. Det. Joe Renner, back row left, arraigned the visit.
