These inmate workers from the Bradley County jail are picking up litter along APD 40.  Work crews are used throughout the year for roadside litter collection and other necessary tasks. Motorists are remined to move over when you  approach service vehicles sitting at the side of the road with their emergency lights flashing. Tennessee's Move Over law covers emergency vehicles, highway maintenance vehicles and recovery vehicles.
