Sheriff Tim Gobble presents a check from Securus Technologies to County Mayor Gary Davis. The  $56,000 represents a portion of revenue Securus received from inmates that made collect calls to phones outside the Bradley County jail.  The payment consists of a signing bonus for renewing Securus's contract and a commission that comes back to the county based on each month's use.  Securus  provides equipment for the inmate phone system and billing for calls.
