Bradley County Sheriff’s detectives arrested Donald E. Hallmark Tuesday night in the wounding of his stepson at the family residence on 3rd Street northwest.

Patrol deputies and detectives responding to a 9-1-1 call at 6:05 p.m. found Richard Lee, age 57, had been shot three times during a domestic confrontation. He was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center where he was admitted.   

Hallmark, age 65, was charged with aggravated assault (domestic) and was held without bond in the Bradley County jail pending arraignment in General Sessions Court.
