One of Bradley County’s Most Wanted fugitives turned himself in early Tuesday morning.

Earl Lynn Hembree Jr. had charges of reckless driving, felony evading, felony reckless endangerment and drivers’ license violations when he was added to the fugitive list last week.

In February, Hembree fled when Bradley County deputies tried to stop him on U.S. 64 for a traffic violation.

He was arraigned in General Sessions Court this morning and has been released after posting a $30,000 bond.
