A deputy patrolling Old Chattanooga Pike stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic violation.  It was discovered the driver, Kevin Lee Orman, had a warrant for misdemeanor probation violation.

Further investigation turned up pseudoephedrine pills, coffee filters, drain cleaner, fertilizer, a propane cylinder and bottles of unknown liquids from inside the vehicle.
