Three charged with ingredients to make meth |

The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office charged three people Friday night with possessing substances that are used to manufacture meth.  Kevin Lee Orman A deputy patrolling Old Chattanooga Pike stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic violation. It was discovered the driver, Kevin Lee Orman, had a warrant for misdemeanor probation violation. Further investigation turned up pseudoephedrine pills, coffee filters, drain cleaner, fertilizer, a propane cylinder and bottles of unknown liquids from inside the vehicle.  Holly Lenere Perry The Drug Enforcement Unit was contacted and assisted with the task of processing and removing evidence from the vehicle. Orman, who is 25 years-old and lives on Aurora Avenue; Holly Lenere Perry, 19, of Berry Street; and James Dewayne Holbert, 31, of Church Street were all arrested. They are charged with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.  James Dewayne Holbert In addition, Orman is charged with violation of the vehicle light law and Holbert is charged with simple possession of marijuana. All three were booked into the Bradley County jail.
