Bradley County Sheriff’s deputies found waste from an operational meth lab when they investigated a call on Old Harrison Pike that a woman was being held against her will.  Scott Aaron Millsaps The source of the information was a text message sent on Sunday to a third party. That person then contacted the sheriff’s office to see if Brenda April Marie Millsaps was all right. When patrol deputies arrived they talked to Milsaps and found several items in the house that are consistent with the process of manufacturing meth.  Brenda April Marie Millsaps At that point the BCSO Drug Enforcement Unit was called to investigate. During an investigation of the meth lab Scott Aaron Millsaps, 26, and Brenda Millsaps, 25, were charged with manufacturing meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Scott Millsaps is charged with simple possession of schedule VI. Both suspects were taken to the Bradley County jail for processing.
