 This 1999 Yamaha ATV was taken from Chestuee Road
A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of a 1999 Yamaha ATV that was taken sometime between the 13h and 15th of March from Chestuee Road. The vehicle is a model that known as Big Bear and is valued at $1,500. The ATV was parked behind the owner’s residence when it was stolen, possibly on Friday, March 13th. It was discovered missing two days later when the owner went to put fuel in the vehicle and found it had been taken. The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information about the ATV to call the crime tip line – 423 -728-7336. The ATV owner and an insurance company are jointly offering the reward in hopes of getting the vehicle returned to the owner and identifying the person or persons involved in the theft. The amount paid as a reward will be based on the value of the provided information to make an arrest and secure a conviction in court.
