Bradley County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call Wednesday where a woman went into the residence of a neighbor and made threats that she was going to harm them.

Jessica Lynn Phillips, 21, of Frontage Road, was brought to the Bradley County jail where she was charged with aggravated burglary and two counts of assault.

No one was harmed because the two people in the home sought refuge in a bedroom.

Deputies found Phillips lying in a ditch when they arrived.

The first deputy at the residence to investigate arrived less than 6 minutes after the first 9-1-1 call was received at the communications center.
