Feb. 17 Update: : A Pennsylvania man arrested by Bradley County Sheriff’s detectives on February 4 after a search of his car turned up black tar heroin is now facing federal drug charges. 35 year-old Ervin Craft of Midland Pennsylvania is being held at the Bradley County jail. He was arraigned in U.S. District Court last week after a federal grand jury handed down an indictment charging Craft with possession of approximately four ounces of heroin. Sheriff Tim Gobble pointed out the case involving Craft is being prosecuted through a partnership his office has with the U.S. Attorney’s Office under Project Safe Neighborhoods. Release on Feb. 12 Drug Enforcement officers for the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office found three ounces of black tar heroin and over an ounce of marijuana as part of a Feb. 4th investigation on I-75.  Ervin Tyrone Craft Ervin Tyrone Craft, 35, of Midland Pennsylvania, is charged with possession of schedule one drugs for resale, possession of marijuana for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain lane. Craft was traveling south in the area of the 28-mile marker when he came in contact with deputies. He is being held in the Bradley County jail where bond has been set at $50,000.
