A traffic accident at 20th Street and Blythe Avenue has disrupted phone service to the Judicial Center.The phone company is currently making repairs and it may be this afternoon before service is completely restored.  In the meantime, there is no incoming or outgoing service to the sheriff's office, the jail, and the courts.
