Levi Bo Akin
Levi Bo Akin is charged with vandalism, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, theft over $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for resale.
Levi "Bo" Akin has been charged in a Bradley County Sheriff’s Office investigation of the theft of construction tools from a house on Dalton Pike that was in the process of being remodeled.

The Criminal Investigations Division recovered several power tools and they have been returned to the owner, Rickey Marshall. An extension ladder that was part of the loss has not been found.

Akin is charged with vandalism, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, theft over $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for resale.
