 Levi Bo Akin is charged with vandalism, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, theft over $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for resale. The Criminal Investigations Division recovered several power tools and they have been returned to the owner, Rickey Marshall. An extension ladder that was part of the loss has not been found.
