Investigation of an assault that occurred on Sherry Drive in the early hours of January 1 has the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office looking for a suspect.

Jackey William Self is named on a warrant for aggravated assault that was issued by the General Sessions Court on January 10.

Self is accused of hitting Joseph Centers in the jaw during an argument, leaving Centers unconscious. He was treated at Skyridge Medical Center but was transferred to UT Medical Center in Knoxville for surgery on both jaws.

Self is 27 years old, almost six feet tall and weighs around 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. The attached picture of Self is from 2005.
