Bradley Sheriff seeking info on Nicole Hyde

The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help locate Tisha Nicole Hyde who has warrants for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft under $500.

Hyde was developed as a suspect in the fraudulent use of the credit card number of a man who accidentally left his wallet in Hyde’s car when she gave him a ride. The card number was used to make gift card purchases at a number of businesses and restaurants in the Chattanooga –
Cleveland area. Total purchases to date that can be documented have surpassed $1,000.

During the investigation by Detective Carl Maskew, a call was placed to the Cleveland Police Department when another woman attempted to use the card number at a local business. Cleveland Police Detective Robert Harbison detained the suspect and contacted Detective Maskew. It was
learned she had assisted Hyde using the card.

Hyde, who goes by Nicole, is a white female 28 years old. She is described as being approximately five feet three inches tall and weighing around 235 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair and her last known address was Homestead Street in Bradley County.

The attached booking photo was taken in January of this year. Through investigation it was learned that Hyde could be in Chattanooga. Anyone knowing her whereabouts is asked to contact the criminal investigations division of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office at 728-7337, the Fugitive
Division of the Chattanooga Police Department, or 9-1-1.

Detective Maskew expressed appreciation to the Table 2 Restaurant in Chattanooga, the Chattanooga Police Department, and the Cleveland Police Department for their assistance in this matter.

UPDATE July 10th, 2007, 9:54am: After media reports Monday, Tisha Nicole Hyde turned herself in this morning at the Bradley County Judicial Center.
