Federal panel indicts four on explosives, weapons and narcotics charges
An investigation between the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and the Cleveland Police Department has resulted in federal criminal indictments for four members of the Limited Few Motorcycle club. Prior to July 2005 separate investigations were being conducted by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department’s Criminal Investigation Division and the Cleveland Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit. They combined forces and executed a search warrant at club property on Gaut Street in Cleveland.
As a result of the search warrant, Dennis R. Best, 36, of 973 Gaut Street; Robert A. Klein, 52, of Ringgold Georgia; Thomas J. Kell, 29, of 973 Gaut Street; and William J. Tennant Jr., 36, of 973 Gaut Street, were indicted for federal explosives, weapons and narcotics violations.
Sheriff’s Detective Carl Maskew, a liaison with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, prepared the federal cases.
