Three accused in burglaries of two homes
An investigation by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office into residential burglaries that occurred last December has resulted in charges accusing three individuals with being involved in the thefts.
The Criminal Investigations Division obtained grand jury indictments for Michael Anthony Tigue, 19, of Cleveland, Lynn L. Stephens, 35, of Rossville Georgia, and a third person who has not yet been arrested. They are charged with two counts of aggravated burglary and two counts of theft. The burglaries occurred on Medlin Road and Keller Lane, which are in the department’s west and south patrol zones. Tigue and Lynn Stephens have both been in custody since their arrest in East Ridge Tennessee which followed a burglary at a home on South Lee Highway in Bradley County on January 4 of this year.
Meanwhile, an unrelated investigation of a residential burglary on White Oak Road resulted in charges for Genieve C. Rymer, 23. She is charged with burglary and theft in a grand jury indictment.
