Citizens wishing to file a complaint about a member of the BCSO can speak to a supervisor by calling 423-728-7300 during regular business hours.

Complaints in writing should be on the form that is provided below. The completed form should be hand delivered to the BCSO Customer Service lobby at 2290 Blythe Avenue SE.
